Terms and conditions

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use BONKT, including our website, card pages, mobile apps and dashboard. By creating an account or using BONKT you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use BONKT.

BONKT is a product of Prospect Success Pty Ltd (ABN 65 646 487 005), Suite 2, Level 3, 13–15 Wentworth Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. This is our registered office and postal address, not a walk-in office.

2. Using BONKT

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BONKT to create, manage and share digital business cards for networking. You agree not to:

• use BONKT for anything illegal, misleading, abusive or harmful;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• scrape, copy or extract data using automated tools, or overload or attack the platform;
• use AI features through scripts or automation, or try to make VOX produce harmful or misleading content.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and you are responsible for everything that happens in your account. On team plans, the organisation that pays owns the team account and its administrators can manage team members' cards and the contacts collected on them.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Current plans and prices are shown on our Plans page. Prices are in Australian dollars. Customers in Australia pay prices that include GST. Customers outside Australia may be charged without Australian GST and are responsible for any taxes that apply in their country, unless we tell you otherwise at checkout.

• Billing: paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Airwallex.
• Free trial: new BONKT Pro accounts can try every Pro feature free for 30 days, with no credit card required. If you do not choose a paid plan, your account moves to BONKT Free.
• Price changes: we will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your subscription.
• Add-ons: some features may be offered as paid add-ons. Any add-on and its price will be shown on the Plans page before you can buy it.

5. Founding Members

Founding Member places are by invitation. If you accept an invitation and create your account through it, you become a Founding Member: you get the Pro plan for one person free for 12 months. After that, a Founding Member keeps a 20% discount on their BONKT subscription for as long as the account stays open. We will remind you before your free months end, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. We would love your feedback at any time, but it is never a condition of the offer. If you share a testimonial and we publish it, we will say it came from a Founding Member. Everyone else who signs up starts with the 30-day trial and then the Free plan, as described on our plans page. We may stop sending invitations at any time; Founding Members who have already joined keep their free months and discount.

6. Fair use

Some features are described as unlimited. To keep BONKT fast and affordable for everyone, they are subject to fair use. Current limits, including storage, AI scans and VOX conversations, are shown on the Plans page and in your dashboard. If you regularly go over them we will contact you first, and you can buy more or move to a larger plan. We may compress or resize uploaded media so cards load quickly.

7. AI features

BONKT uses AI to build cards, run your VOX assistant, read scanned cards and receipts, turn voice notes into text, and draft messages.

• You are responsible for what VOX knows. VOX answers from your card and the information you give it. Keep that information accurate and do not give it anything confidential.
• AI can make mistakes. Check AI-generated content, such as drafted emails, scanned details and receipt totals, before relying on it or sending it.
• Not professional advice. VOX is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and you must not set it up to give such advice on your behalf.
• Visitors who chat with your VOX can see a notice that they are talking to an AI assistant.

8. Your content and our IP

Your content: you own everything you upload. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only so we can provide BONKT to you, including showing your card to people you share it with.

Our IP: the BONKT name, logo, software and designs belong to Prospect Success Pty Ltd.

9. Contacts and privacy

You are responsible for collecting and using other people's contact details lawfully, including any anti-spam rules when you send follow-up messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

10. NFC products

Physical NFC products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the NFC chip. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse. See our Refund and Shipping policies for more.

11. Suspension and cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put the platform or other users at risk, or do not pay, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, BONKT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for breaching such a guarantee can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

13. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
