BONKT - Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing and using the BONKT platform, including the mobile applications (iOS and Android), and the admin portal (collectively referred to as "the platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Account Registration
2.1 In order to use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. BONKT Business Cards and Products
3.1 BONKT offers NFC business cards and products, including both BONKT branded and custom branded items.
3.2 BONKT branded products are subject to availability. Custom branded products are made to order and may have specific terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4.2 You may not use the platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the platform or interfere with any other party's use of the platform.
5. User Content
5.1 You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform, including but not limited to business card information and customization.
5.2 By submitting content to the platform, you grant BONKT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, display, and perform the submitted content.
6. Payments and Fees
6.1 Certain features or products on the platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 BONKT and its logos are trademarks of BONKT. You agree not to use or display these trademarks without prior written permission from BONKT.
8. Privacy
8.1 BONKT's privacy policy governs the use of personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the privacy policy.
9. Termination
9.1 BONKT reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform for any reason, without notice.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located within Australia.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1 BONKT reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
