What happens when someone leaves the company?
Turn off their card. Their seat can go straight to a new starter, you can rewrite their NFC card with the new person's link, and the contacts they collected stay with the company.
Can staff change their own cards?
Yes. Each person edits their own card in the app or dashboard. Cards created in bulk start from your company design.
Do our leads go into our CRM?
Yes. Connect once and every new contact from every card is sent within seconds. Direct to HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel, or to Salesforce, Zoho, Google Sheets and 1,000s more through Pabbly Connect, Zapier or Make.
How many cards can each person have?
Up to 3 on any paid plan, for example one for each business they represent. Free accounts have 1.
We already have NFC cards from another company. Can we keep them?
If they aren't locked, yes. The BONKT app rewrites each card with the person's BONKT link. Locked cards can't be rewritten.
Can we order NFC cards with our logo?
Yes. Custom NFC cards with your branding are coming to the BONKT store in 2027. Ask us about early orders for large teams.
Do you help us set it up?
Yes. Pro and Unleashed include personal onboarding. We can set up your whole team's cards from a spreadsheet.
