What's the difference between Free and the 30-day Trial?
BONKT Free is yours forever and includes the essentials: a digital card, QR code, basic analytics and 3 AI card scans a month. The 30-day Trial unlocks every BONKT Pro feature for a full month so you can test-drive everything, with no credit card.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Stop renewing or downgrade any time from your dashboard.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Start your 30-day free trial instantly without entering any payment details.
What happens when my 30-day Trial ends?
If you don't upgrade to Pro or Unleashed, your account drops to the Free Forever plan. You keep your card and data. You just lose premium features like bulk creation, team management and full analytics.
How does Pro pricing work for multiple users?
Pro is priced per user. Use the Number of users dropdown on the Pro plan to choose 1 to 49 users. At 50 users or more, BONKT Unleashed gives you a lower per-user price, billed yearly.
What are the AI limits?
Every paid card includes 300 VOX chats a month, and each paid user gets 100 AI scans a month, which covers almost everyone. Free includes 10 VOX chats and 3 scans a month. If you need more, talk to us about a bigger plan. Limits reset each month.
How many cards can I have?
One on BONKT Free. Up to 3 per person on the Trial, Pro and Unleashed, for example one for each business you run.
How does Give a month, get a month work?
Share your referral link from the dashboard or app. Your friend's first paid month is free. When they pay for their first month, you get a free month too. You can earn up to 12 free months a year.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout and the discount is applied before you pay.
Can visitors talk to VOX by voice?
Not yet. VOX chats by text today. Voice is planned as a later add-on, and any price will be shown here before it's available.
Do overseas customers pay GST?
No. Prices include 10% GST for customers in Australia. Customers outside Australia are charged without Australian GST, in Australian dollars.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
We securely store your data for 30 days after cancellation, in case you want to reactivate your account.
