Where does VOX get its answers?
Only from your card and what you tell it in VOX settings. It doesn't make up prices or promises. When it doesn't know, it offers to take the visitor's details for you.
Can I see what VOX says to people?
Yes. Every visitor conversation is kept for 60 days. Read them in your dashboard or the app.
What languages does it speak?
VOX replies in the visitor's language, including English, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French and many more.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Each card has its own VOX switch.
Can visitors talk to VOX out loud?
