For the First 300 Paid Subscribers in Australia:
We are giving away a FREE BONKT NFC Card to the first 300 users who sign up for a paid subscription plan (Pro or Unleashed).
Shipping Cost: $0. We cover the cost of Standard Australia Post shipping to your nominated Australian address.
Delivery Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after your subscription is confirmed.
Our full e-commerce store for custom NFC cards, fingernail chips, and accessories is scheduled to launch in 2026.
International Shipping (From Launch 2026):
We will ship globally from Australia using Australia Post (Standard & Express). Rates calculated at checkout.
Expanded Fulfillment (2027):
We plan to open a Thailand fulfillment hub to further optimize shipping rates and times for Asia and beyond.
Shipping Options (Australia):
- Standard Post: 3-7 Business Days (Calculated at checkout)
- Express Post: 1-3 Business Days (Calculated at checkout)
Once your order (or free gift) is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier's website.
For international orders (outside Australia), customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
BONKT has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to locate the package or organize a replacement for you.
