1. Shipping Overview

1.1 BONKT is pleased to offer shipping services for NFC-enabled physical products and select electronic items. Our physical products are shipped from our overseas office in Thailand to destinations including Australia, Asia, and worldwide.

1.2 Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.

2. Shipping Options

2.1 BONKT provides users with the option to choose between Express and Standard shipping at the time of purchase.

2.2 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the selected delivery method. To determine the shipping cost, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where shipping charges will be displayed.

3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

3.1 For international orders, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

3.2 BONKT is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes incurred at the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Options

4.1 Tracking options are available for both Express and Standard shipping methods. Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has been dispatched.

4.2 Please note that the tracking information may take some time to become available, and tracking updates are subject to carrier practices.

5. Shipping Conditions

5.1 Please note:

  • (i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  • (ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • (iii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  • (iv) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • (v) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
    • (A) Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
    • (B) Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

5.2 We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

6. Damages, Missing, or Lost Packages

6.1 BONKT takes great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support at [email protected] within 1 days of receiving your order.
