1. The BONKT store
Our store for BONKT NFC cards, custom-branded cards and accessories opens in 2027, with orders fulfilled from Thailand to Australia, Asia and other countries.
- Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery times depend on your country and are shown at checkout.
- Custom-printed cards need extra production time, which we will confirm when you order.
2. Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier's website.
3. Customs, duties and taxes
For orders sent to a different country from where they ship, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. We cannot control or predict these charges.
4. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, email [email protected]. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement where the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
