Child safety

Child safety standards.

BONKT has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Here is how we prevent it, how to report it, and what we do when it is reported.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Our standard

These child safety standards apply to the BONKT: Digital Business Card app on Google Play (package com.vcards.bonkt, also listed as Bonkt Digital Business Card), the BONKT: AI Business Card app on the App Store, and the BONKT website, all published by Prospect Success Pty Ltd.

BONKT strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

BONKT is a professional networking tool for adults: digital business cards, contacts and follow-ups. We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers children, anywhere on BONKT, including cards, photos, videos, messages, VOX conversations and our apps.

These standards apply to the BONKT website, the BONKT apps for iPhone and Android, and every card hosted on bonkt.com.au.

2. Who can use BONKT

You must be 18 or older to create a BONKT account. Business cards are created by adults for business use. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

3. What is not allowed

  • Any child sexual abuse material, real or generated, including drawings and AI-generated images.
  • Content that sexualises minors, or links to such content.
  • Using BONKT to contact, groom, solicit or arrange to meet a minor.
  • Trafficking, sextortion or any other exploitation of children.

Breaking these rules means immediate removal of the content, permanent closure of the account, and a report to the authorities.

4. How to report a concern

Anyone can report, with or without a BONKT account:

  • In the BONKT app: More, then Report a safety concern.
  • By email: [email protected]. Include the card link or account email if you have it.
  • On any card: email us the card's link (bonkt.com.au/name).

Please do not download, copy or forward suspected abuse material, even to report it. Send us the link only.

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (000 in Australia, 191 in Thailand).

5. What we do with a report

  • We review child safety reports as our highest priority, aiming for the same day.
  • We take down offending content and suspend the account straight away while we investigate.
  • We keep the evidence securely, as the law requires, so it can be given to the authorities.
  • We permanently close accounts that break these standards.

6. Working with authorities

We comply with child safety laws in the countries where we operate. We report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE, accce.gov.au), the eSafety Commissioner, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and Thai authorities where relevant, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests.

7. Contact

Child safety contact: [email protected]. This person is trained in our child safety practices and can speak about our CSAM prevention and compliance.
