All BONKT subscription plans, including PRO and Enterprise plans, come with a 1-month free trial period. Users are encouraged to explore the features of the paid plans without incurring any charges during this period.
Users can opt to upgrade or switch to a different plan at any time during or after the trial period. At the conclusion of the trial, the user's account will automatically transition to the selected paid plan.
BONKT offers PRO and Enterprise subscription plans, featuring different levels of the Enterprise plan based on business size and card seat requirements.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
Cancellation During Free Trial:
Users may cancel their subscription at any time during the 1-month free trial period, and no charges will be incurred.
Refunds After Free Trial:
Following the free trial, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for the remaining billing cycle once an account transitions to a paid plan.

Users can cancel their paid subscription at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
NFC Enabled Physical Customized Business Cards and Accessories:
BONKT plans to introduce an ecommerce section in 2025, offering NFC-enabled physical customized business cards and accessories.
Refund Policy for Physical Products:
Faulty Items: Faulty NFC cards and accessories can be refunded or replaced. BONKT will cover the cost of postage for returning faulty items and sending replacements.
Change of Mind: For customers who decide they no longer want the physical products, no refunds will be provided.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind. BONKT covers the cost of postage for returning and replacing faulty items.
