- 1.2 Users can opt to upgrade or switch to a different plan at any time during or after the trial period. At the conclusion of the trial, the user's account will automatically transition to the selected paid plan.

- Faulty Items: Faulty NFC cards and accessories can be refunded or replaced. BONKT will cover the cost of postage for returning faulty items and sending replacements.
